Skiing Alta's "Baldy Main Chute" June 2001
Mt. Baldy, elevation 11,068 feet, separates Alta and Snowbird in the Little Cottonwood Canyon, Utah.
Although this year's melt was early, we were still able to ski a couple thousand
vertical feet and only had to take our skis off once.
